My Figures Of Speech art exhibit opening
We had such a fun opening Burnt Bridge Cellars Friday night!! Both
and I got to see friends!!
Prior to these events I worry that no one will come so for the comforts in it I brought a small sketchbook with me. Well people *did* come!! So I used my sketchbook and collected more figures of speech, phrases and jokes from people we talked to during the opening.
But, yes, I mostly hid in the kitchen watching the chef doing her magic!
One of my local cartoonist heroes
came to see my artwork!! Wow!!You can see his cartoons here https://erflynn.art/comics and here on Substack! He even did a drawing in the sketchbook I brought with me to my opening!! Wow!!
As I say I mostly hid in the kitchen 😁 hanging out with friends but I did give several guided tours of my artwork! People were so nice!!! I loved doing this!! Thank you all!!!
