This weekend I delivered, to Caplan Art Designs, 25 of my artworks from my current series "Figures Of Speech" which opens first Thursday Oct 5 with a reception from 6 to 8 pm! www.caplanartdesigns.com

I'm very pleased and excited about my exhibit - and lordy I'm tired.

So this morning in my sketchbook I reminded myself of one of the many reasons why I do what I do.

Yes, my lap dachshund supported my sketchbook drawing today. I appreciate all of the support I get!! Thank you to all of my subscribers here too!!

I'm taking a few days off to read novels and go places via Amtrak train! You can bet your last sip of coffee that I'm taking my sketchbook with me… Still I'll see you at my usual newsletter sharing time on Friday.
