Sketchbook sequence
A series of private pages
For my paid subscribers I’ve been sharing handwritten stories from my poem/story sketchbook (the book on the left). Today I’m sharing sequential pages from my art sketchbook (the book with the “C” on it in the photo.
The “C" sketchbook has my “notes to myself” written on the same pages as a drawing. These notes are bits of self-care along with drawings that amused me. Most of these drawings were done with a fountain pen. Sometimes a combination of ink, watercolor pencils and gouache. Here are some pages:
