Thank you!!!! In literature I enjoy the interrelated stories within stories within stories genre: the Arabian nights, the Sufi stories, the Panchatantra etc... and many of those could be considered "drabble" stories set within a larger story. So I like trying to attempt a similar approach with my visual art... and I'm delighted that you caught that!!!! Thank you!!!

This is lovely! I almost thought the seahorse was holding a coffee mug until I zoomed in to see where you clearly labeled it "ink". My first thought was that the coffee would be super watery in the ocean there, but so would the ink! So I guess the point is mute. It is absolutely adorable, though.

Lol!!!! Having coffee while drawing would be a typical "sue thing" to draw!! Yes the ink or coffee would be watery.... hee hee... but then seahorses don't have arms or hands either 😁🤣🤣💚💚💚💚

I’ve got a gecko tattooed on my ankle and have always wanted a seahorse on the other—east coast meets the desert southwest, my two habitats. Maybe this will be the year.

I love the boat; I think Edward Lear's Jumblies could have used it!

Thank you so much!!! It's fun to create visual "puzzles" of art within art. I think of it as related to nature in the fractal patterns within patterns motifs sense. And I welcome and appreciate your hugs and am hugging you too!!! 🥰💚💚 I hope your weekend is relaxing too!!
