While I journal almost everyday, I added my sketchbook in November with a challenge to explore the hues of blue. I struggle with not getting caught up with the results but enjoy playing with form and color. I love the glimpses into your 5x3 inch world! Many thanks !!

Beautiful, Sue. There’s always gold to be found. For me celebrating it is both a joy and a responsibility. As Robert Frost said, “Nothing gold can stay.”

I’m over empathetic and can’t help but think of the poor hungry evil wolf 🐺 Can I not love it too? I don’t want it to die, why is it so angry? What happened in its life? Everyone needs love 😆 I’m sure a physiologist would pick this apart and it’d hold many revelations about my self.

You have a wonderful way of getting to the heart of things in a gentle but urgent way. And I love the Yeats quote.

I really get a kick out of your abstract drawing with some animal or bugs drawing the painting. It cracks me up. Thank you, Sue.
