Thank you!!! In reading Kathryn's book I saw that each of the artist's she features were (more or less) aware of what was on their minds and using that as a topic for their artwork. That reminded me of one of my art professors at university who said that an artist can be inspired by anything, even their sock drawer, if they tune in to their thoughts and feelings while looking at the world. So these thoughts inspired me to write my "pay attention" sketchbook page 😁
