In this video I'm in the process of drawing a cat with blue fountain pen ink on Nov 1, 2024. The fountain pen I used is a Sailor Fude DeMannen with Herbin blue ink. Also used is a blue watercolor pencil and a Pentel water-brush.
This is pretty typical Clancy drawing behavior during breakfast - the only difference between this video and most mornings is that in a regular morning I draw slower, I wait for the water-brush part to dry while I sip coffee, eat breakfast and look out the window.

Love the blue cats. Curious if there's a particular reason/feeling why they're blue? I know you mentioned before that the cat itself is a comfort, which makes perfect sense to me. And I adore the shades of blue ... just wondered if there's any meaning in that for you?
