I hope your holidays were fun - including Jolabokaflod if you tried it - and that this year will be a good one for you. Thank you for all of your kindness in response to my newsletter about the new hills in this new year. Here's a drawing I did one morning to remind myself to “look for the helpers” as Mr. Rodgers used to say and focus on them!

Another morning during breakfast these helpful hedgehogs appeared and reminded me that help comes in all sorts of patterns.
